  • Cook rice following the instructions on the package.
  • Chop avocado, cucumber, mango and peppers.
  • Use 4 large bowls and, in order:
    1. Separate the rice into the 4 bowls
    2. Top each bowl with the remaining ingredients
    3. Garnish with spicy mayonnaise to taste
