- Preheat barbecue on medium setting.
- Cook souvlaki until fully cooked, for approximately 15 minutes; remove wood skewers and keep warm.
- Brush breads with olive oil and lightly toast them.
- Top each bread with tzatziki sauce, chicken dices (equivalent to two brochettes per pita), lettuce, onion and tomato.
- Roll each pita in a sheet of parchment or aluminum paper.
